Tundra – Brand Concept

Back in 2023, I dove into a week-long Branding and Identity Design course at the University of the Arts London (UAL). Out of that experience came Tundra—a brand with a clear mission: to fight global warming through purposeful clothing.

Tundra, is more than just a clothing brand; it’s a movement, a call to action urging society to unite in the urgent task of preserving our planet for future generations.

The name “Tundra” carries profound symbolism, drawing inspiration from the vast, treeless plains of nature. Like the fragile ecosystems of the tundra, our planet is vulnerable to the effects of climate change. Tundra serves as a reminder that without proactive measures, the entire Earth could become as barren and inhospitable as these frozen landscapes.

Taking inspiration from the Arctic landscapes, Tundra’s brand identity embraces a palette reminiscent of the region’s serene beauty. Ranging from icy blues to snowy whites, each hue captures the purity and tranquility of these remote landscapes, evoking a deep sense of reverence for nature’s magnificence.
